1. Consultancy Fees

Our consultancy services include personalized guidance and support for students planning to study abroad. Given the nature of these services, our refund policy for consultancy fees is as follows:

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Fees paid for consultancy services are generally non-refundable. This includes fees for initial consultations, assessments, personalized study plans, and other advisory services.

  • Exceptional Circumstances: We may consider a partial refund in certain circumstances, such as if you cancel your consultancy package before receiving significant services or support. All refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and any approved refund will be at the sole discretion of Vuray Consulting Private Limited.

  • Refund Requests: To request a refund, please contact us at info@eduledge.in with your name, contact information, and a detailed explanation of your request. We will review your case and respond within 10 business days.

2. Online Course Fees

Eduledge.in provides online courses designed to help students prepare for standardized exams (IELTS, GRE, GMAT, TOEFL & Others) and learn languages such as German, French etc. Please note the following policies for refunds on course fees:

  • Course Access and Refunds: Once a course has been purchased and access is granted, fees are generally non-refundable. By enrolling, you receive immediate access to materials and resources, which makes it challenging to offer a refund.

  • Refunds for Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course materials and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team, you may be eligible for a partial refund. Please contact us at info@eduledge.in within 7 days of purchase for assistance.

  • Course Cancellations: If we cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a full refund to all registered participants. Refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method used during registration.

  • Processing Time: Once your refund is approved, it will typically take 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Please note that administrative fees, service fees, and any additional costs associated with specific courses or consultancy services are non-refundable.
